Cultivating ecologies of mind, culture and place

My work begins with a simple premise: that how we see, think, and act shapes everything we create - whether our daily experience, our relationships, our communities or organizations - and what we create shapes us in return.

This work lives at the intersection of inner development and outer practice, and is rooted in a conviction - increasingly borne out by research - that creating conditions for life to thrive, at any scale, begins with the self.

I'm a Ph.D. scholar, advisor, and entrepreneur drawing on nearly two decades across education, consulting, and sustainability - including co-founding and leading PwC Thailand's Sustainability & Climate Change practice and advising CEOs and Boards across Southeast Asia. I work to cultivate inner capacities, cultural practices and living systems - ecologies of mind, culture and place that inform and regenerate one another.

Through III Muses, I work with clients - both in groups and one-on-one - to develop what I call The Regenerative Mind™: the internal architecture for seeing, thinking, and acting in ways that create conditions for life to thrive.

Et in Arcadia and LOKAL are collaborative ventures: the first explores what regeneration looks like in daily practice - through food, culture, land stewardship, and inhabiting place - while the second bridges inner and outer through immersive experiences where people encounter these principles as embodied reality. And through my research at Mahidol University, I ensure all of it is grounded in evidence, tested through experience, and constantly refined.
